POINT / 01 close

Top sheet

It is the area that first comes into contact with a baby’s soft skin, and also absorbs wetness. For this reason, softness and absorption are the highest priorities.

POINT / 02 close

ADL

This part evenly distributes the absorbed liquids. High absorption and thickness are required.

POINT / 03 close

SAP sheet

SAP(Super Absorbent Polymer) turns liquids into gels. It is critical to make sure that SAP is not inclined toward either side.

Back Sheet

This waterproofing layer makes sure that absorbed urine does not leak to the outside. Water repellency is required.
In addition, when a baby wears it, this side faces to the outside, so a soft and silky feel is needed.

POINT / 05 close

Side cover

This part prevents liquid from leaking to the sides, and so a high water repellency(Hydrophobic)is required.

POINT / 06 close

Loop (Frontal zone)

When combined with the hook, this part makes sure that the product does not slip out from the baby’s body. It requires a high level of strength that will prevent easy detachment by external force.

POINT / 07 close

Elastic ear

As this needs to be extended properly to fit the body shape, elasticity is required.
