Top sheet
It is the area that first comes into contact with a baby’s soft skin, and also absorbs wetness. For this reason, softness and absorption are the highest priorities.
ADL
This part evenly distributes the absorbed liquids. High absorption and thickness are required.
SAP sheet
SAP(Super Absorbent Polymer) turns liquids into gels. It is critical to make sure that SAP is not inclined toward either side.
Back Sheet
This waterproofing layer makes sure that absorbed urine does not leak to the outside. Water repellency is required. In addition, when a baby wears it, this side faces to the outside, so a soft and silky feel is needed.
Side cover
This part prevents liquid from leaking to the sides, and so a high water repellency(Hydrophobic)is required.
